Terms of use
These terms describe the use of InflowAI. Updated September 8, 2026.
Using the service
InflowAI lets you create assistants, connect knowledge sources, publish chat experiences and arrange visitor follow-ups. Use an account you control and keep access secure. You are responsible for the assistants you publish and the information you choose to make available through them.
Your materials and permissions
You keep your rights in the materials you provide. You authorize InflowAI to store, process and transmit those materials as needed to deliver the features you request, as described in our privacy notice. Only upload or connect content you have permission to use and share with the assistant’s visitors.
Responsible use
Do not use InflowAI to break the law, deceive people, send abusive or unsolicited messages, expose others’ private information, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.
Answers, bookings and connected services
AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Test your assistant and review important information before relying on it. A meeting is only confirmed when the service reports a verified calendar event; changes made in the calendar can change its status.
Connected services have their own terms, availability and permissions. Features may be unavailable when a provider fails, changes its service or revokes access. Google verification and testing restrictions may limit which accounts can connect.
Leaving and contacting us
You can disconnect integrations and remove assistants or request account deletion. Removing application data does not automatically cancel calendar events or delete original files in connected services. For help or a dispute, contact inflowai.org@gmail.com.
We may update these terms as the service changes. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
